Kiyo has the ability to freely manipulate the aqua element
to his advantage. Kiyo is a unique specimen, he contains a rare ability to convert molecules into the H20 structure, so he will always have water to use his abilities no matter where he is. His ability is directly effected by his mood. When Kiyo is calm he fights more tactfully he uses water in a very skilled manner, usually only to end the fighting he uses his Jeet-Kun-Do in this state. When in an enraged or angry state, Kiyo becomes a entirely different person. Transforms into his Crystallis Magika (Ice Ability). In this state, Kiyo's thought process is shattered, he attacked everything that poses a threat. He has the ability to convert molecules into ice, he no longer has the ability to create water molecules. and he fights in a berserker style.
